‘Venghai’ in theatres from July 7

There seems to be too much taking place on the ‘Venghai’ front. The film was to be distributed by Sun Pictures, but now there are reports flowing in that Sun Pictures has moved out of the ‘Venghai’ team and now the producer of the film, Bharathi Reddy will do the marketing for the film.

Initially Sun Pictures who were to distribute the film were touted to have bought the flick for a huge deal. But it looks like there have been some last minute changes and the production house has now opted out ‘Venghai.’

In accordance with this the producer has initiated talks with the theatre owners and multiplexes in the state for the film to begin its run from July 7.

This Hari film sees Dhanush pair with Tamannah. This will be no different from the usual Hari flicks, which are fast-paced and interesting and will build up to a nail-biting climax. Devi Sri Prasad is the music director of ‘Venghai.’

Expectations are running high for this film, because this will the first film to roll-out after Dhanush bagged his national award for the Vetri Maaran offing ‘Aadukalam.’
